Parry to swing axe
Tranmere boss Les Parry is set to the wield the axe when his side make the trip to leaders Brighton.
Rovers were beaten 1-0 at home by relegation rivals Bristol Rovers on Tuesday night and Parry spared only Andy Robinson and John Welsh from criticism.
His attempts to bring in a new midfielder on loan failed but Parry will still ring the changes for the daunting clash with Gus Poyet`s table-toppers.
However, he will first assess the fitness of defenders Ian Goodison and Mark McChrystal, who are struggling with knee and rib injuries respectively.
Teenage prospect Dale Jennings has been sidelined with a groin injury for the past month and Parry is wary of rushing him back into action too soon.
Marlon Broomes, Alan Mahon and Ryan Fraughan remain long-term absentees, but Rovers are hoping to extend the loan of attacking midfielder Lateef Elford-Alliyu from West Brom.
