Parry keeping faith with youth

Tranmere boss Les Parry has vowed to stick by his young players ahead of this weekend`s home clash with Bournemouth. Rovers followed a 1-0 Carling Cup success at Walsall by grinding out a hard-earned goalless draw at Huddersfield on Saturday. The visitors' defence included 18-year-old goalkeeper Joe Collister, right back Liam Darville (19) on loan from Leeds United, centre-back Nick Wood (19) and left-back Aaron Cresswell (20). Parry said: "They all did well. You know what I think about young players: if they come in and perform they keep their places. "We have some older players recovering from injury who are close to being ready again next weekend but we won't be making any changes to the side after that performance."
