The hosts lifted themselves off the foot of the Coca-Cola League One table courtesy of a rehearsed free-kick move which caught Brentford cold in the 60th minute. John Welsh split the Brentford rearguard and Craig Curran raced clear to drive home an angled shot.[LNB]"It was a scrappy game but it was the result we needed," said Parry. "The manner of the performance was particularly pleasing. We were very resilient as we came under some pressure towards the end.[LNB]"Our goal was straight off the training ground and we should have done it in midweek at Huddersfield. But we had all the chances and we should have converted more to win more comfortably. We defended well when we had to and the win was thoroughly deserved.[LNB]"We are off the bottom of the table now and it is very nice but we need to get out of the bottom four as quickly as possible.[LNB]"The lads are gaining in confidence and are desperate for another win as soon as possible."[LNB][LNB]
