Parry eager to keep squad together

Tranmere boss Les Parry is not expecting to make wholesale changes to his squad during the summer. Parry's current one-year contract expires at the end of the season but he is due to speak to chairman Peter Johnson about a new deal after guiding the club to safety again. And the former physio is keen to keep together the nucleus of the side that claimed a 3-0 win at Leyton Orient last weekend. Parry said: "Most of the players who started the Orient game are fixed up or we are talking to them about contracts. "Most of them will be with us next season. "It will make a massive difference to have a core of players together for next season."
