Parry chuffed with Rovers show
Goals from Ian Goodison and Terry Gornell earned Rovers their first points in five outings with a solid victory in Tuesday night's League One clash at Prenton Park.[LNB]"It was by far our best performance of the season," said Parry. "In the end, I was disappointed we only won by a two-goal margin.[LNB]"We dominated for much of the time, although Southend did create a few chances towards the end. Every player was superb and gave 100%. We stayed tight at the back, and it was great to keep a clean sheet.[LNB]"We have been putting in performances recently without results.
