Rovers currently occupy the final play-off spot but could be ousted on Tuesday evening if Scunthorpe get at least a draw from their game in hand against Cheltenham.[LNB]But Tranmere can officially cement sixth position if they claim a final-day win at Scunthorpe in a season-defining climax for both sides at Glanford Park.[LNB]Moore told the club's official website: "I will go there and have a look at it. At the end of the day we know what we have to do. It doesn't matter what happens with them on Tuesday, we've got to go to Scunthorpe and win the game.[LNB]"If someone had said that at the start of the season that we had to go to Scunthorpe in the last game and win it, and you're in the play-offs, then I think they [the players] deserve a pat on the back.[LNB]"It's been a wonderful achievement by them to get so close, when you consider we were several points adrift of them and they had two games in hand at one stage. So let's just go the full out now and make sure we achieve what we want to achieve."[LNB][LNB]
