Moore striving for new signings
Moore has admitted he could lose a number of key men in the wake of Rovers' failure to reach the League One play-offs.
But he told the club's official website: "The season may be over but we're as busy as ever trying to bring new players in and strengthen for 2009-10.
"We know the areas we want to focus on and we're speaking to players, agents and clubs already.
"There's a lot of players out there who are available, but it's important we make sure we find the right ones for the club and don't just rush into signings for the sake of it.
"There's still a long time to go until the first game in August and I'm looking forward to the challenge over the next couple of months."
