Moore: Rovers is a must win game
Moore's men lie seventh in League One and are four points off the play-off places, but promotion rivals Leeds and Scunthorpe are among their final six opponents.
He told the club's official website: "We've got a chance, there's no doubt about that. There's six games to go and 18 points to play for.
"It would have been nice to have got the win on Saturday [goalless draw with Brighton] to put yourselves right in the mix but there's a four-point gap and we've still got to play Leeds and Scunny so it's all to play for and I'm looking forward to it.
"I think at this present time you've got to take one game at a time but we have to win on Sunday, simple as that, there's no doubt about that but that won't be easy.
"Bristol Rovers are on a nice little run, they're a good side and they don't give much away and have people that can score goals but they're usually the type of games we are not bad at."
