Moore gives Parry the thumbs up

Parry steered Rovers to only their third win of the season in his second match in charge at the weekend. And Thomas-Moore feels the physio has the right strength of character to help push them up the League One table. "He has been brilliant," he told the Liverpool Daily Post. "You don't have to be a footballer to be a manager in this game - that's been proved in the past. "It needed someone of Les's character to take over with the way things have gone here, with all the other defeats we had on top of each other."
