Midfielder backing Rovers charge

Despite being in sixth place in League One with three games remaining, Rovers are being pursued by Scunthorpe who are two points adrift with two games in hand.[LNB]But the midfielder, who was a fringe player when the club secured a play-off place four years ago, believes they will claim a top-six spot.[LNB]"This is as good a chance we have had since we got into the play-offs in 2005," he told the Liverpool Daily Post. "It's an exciting situation and I think there are a few more twists and turns to come.[LNB]"The more I look at the league tables and the matches the contenders have left, the more I think we have a great chance of success."[LNB][LNB]
