Labadie to miss Pilgrims clash

Tranmere boss Les Parry will be without midfielder Joss Labadie for the home clash with Plymouth. Labadie must serve a one-match ban after picking up his fifth booking of the season in Tuesday night's 1-0 win over Bury in the Johnstone`s Paint Trophy. Parry will assess the fitness of Dale Jennings and Ian Goodison ahead of the visit of Peter Reid`s men. Jennings was an unused substitute in the midweek win over Bury while Goodison was rested with an ankle injury. Yet Parry says he will have no concerns about retaining Jermaine Grandison in defence should Goodison be ruled out. "Jermaine did well on Tuesday and if Ian's not right then Jermaine will keep his place and we haven't got any worries on that score," said Parry.
