Barnes: It's to do with desire
Barnes has sought to make Rovers a free-flowing, passing team but his men have lost four out of their opening five League One outings so far this term.
Yet he said: "In terms of how we want to play, that's got nothing to do with us conceding goals.
"It's to do with people not making tackles, people not tracking back.
"That has nothing to do with a short passing game or a long passing game - it's to do with desire."
