Zokora on revenge mission

Midfielder Didier Zokora has warned Arsenal that his Tottenham team-mates are gunning for revenge ahead of Wednesday's Carling Cup semi-final meeting.

Zokora claims Spurs are still smarting from their 3-0 derby defeat at the Emirates Stadium back in December, where the Gunners were handed two debatable penalties which were converted by Gilberto Silva.

The 26-year-old is set to be recalled by Spurs boss Martin Jol after Teemu Tainio picked up an ankle in the weekend draw with Fulham.

"I've played some matches well but I think I can do better," said the Ivory Coast international.

"I think I played well at Fulham Saturday but on Wednesday against Arsenal I hope I can show the real Didier Zokora.

"Of course we are after revenge because Arsenal is north London and Tottenham is north London, so it's a big game.

"I'm fully fit now and I want to play regularly again. I haven't been on the greatest of form, but I do want to play.

"I wasn't at my normal level last time. This time I want to do myself credit. This is a very big game and I hope that I can put together a good 90 minutes."
