Zenden eyes return home

Bolo Zenden is leaving Marseille this summer and he admits he is attracted by a return to Holland. Speaking exclusively to skysports.com, Zenden admitted his career looks to be away from the Stade Velodrome after they failed to make him a contract offer. Now the former Dutch international is considering a return to his homeland with former club PSV Eindhoven known to be keen on taking the 32-year-old. "I love Marseille, I like the fans, however I have not received an offer from them, so it is difficult," he told skysports.com. "Maybe it is because we are in a crucial moment of the season, we are still fighting for the league, but to be honest if they wanted me to stay they would have offered me a contract." Zenden admits a return to Holland is an attraction, adding: "I have some contacts, but I will decide at the end of the season. "Returning back home is something I am taking seriously, I have been abroad for a long time playing for big clubs." ZokoraMeanwhile, whilst Zenden is leaving Marseille, the French club are believed to be looking at Tottenham's Didier Zokora for the summer. The Ivory Coast star has been sidelined at White Hart Lane following Wilson Palacios's arrival at the club. He has admitted he needs to be playing first-team football next season in what is a World Cup year and Marseille are attracted by the prospect of bringing him in. Whilst moving to Marseille, where best friend Bakari Kone plays, is an obvious attraction to Zokora - he is believed to be keen on staying in England too. As well as Wigan, Fulham are also said to be keen and could make a loan offer to Spurs - who have indicated they would rather sell the player.
