Tottenham receive bid for Gunter

An unnamed Championship club have moved to secure the services of Tottenham and Wales international full-back Chris Gunter, BBC Sport Wales understands. The club are believed to want to buy him, although they are also keen on a season-long loan. Gunter, 19, joined Spurs from Cardiff for about £3m in January 2008 but has made only three Premier League appearances this season.
