Striker claims Spurs interest

Borussia Dortmund striker Alexander Frei claims that Tottenham Hotspur are one of the clubs interested in signing him. The Switzerland international is rumoured to have fallen out with Dortmund coach Jurgen Klopp this season and is keen to move on in the summer. The 29-year-old former Rennes striker is a regular scorer in the Bundesliga and claims that White Hart Lane could be his destination at the end of the season. "We have been approached by Napoli, PSG and Tottenham," he said. Spurs have also been linked with a move for £10million-rated Genoa and Argentina striker Diego Milito. However, the Serie A side's president, Enrico Preziosi, has ruled out selling the former Racing Santander hitman to the north London club. He said: "Milito has already refused Tottenham in the past. "The £10million bid from Spurs is ridiculous. For that figure I would only give an English club the ear of Milito."
