Tottenham Hotspur's new £15million signing David Bentley says he did not consider moving anywhere else when he decided to leave Blackburn Rovers earlier this summer.
Twenty-three-year-old England international Bentley could eventually cost Spurs £17million, having penned a contract that could run for up to six years at White Hart Lane to end a three-year stint at Ewood Park.
Former Arsenal youngster Bentley told a press conference: "As soon as I knew they were interested in me, there was nowhere else I wanted to go.
"I think we can do anything we want to, we've got a great manager and the level of player at Tottenham has risen.
"There's young talented players and it's all there if we work hard and give everything. It's up to me to perform and I'm excited by it.
"Working under someone like Juande Ramos should bring the best out of me, he can develop my game and push my game on to the next level.
"I want to be as successful as I can and I owe Tottenham a lot for paying such a big fee for me.
"I had my heart set on coming to Tottenham and I didn't really think about going to another club."
Head coach Ramos added: "I hope he will bring a lot of ability to our team. We hope to help him maximise his potential."
