Tottenham Hotspur's Hungarian goalkeeper Marton Fulop has joined Championship outfit Sunderland on loan until the New Year.

The 23-year-old has been with Spurs for just over two years but has yet to feature for the first team at White hart Lane.

The former MTK Hungaria custodian has been loaned out to both Chesterfield and Coventry City since his arrival in England.

Black cats boss Roy Keane told the club's official website: "I'm delighted the deal is done. Marton is someone we've been looking at for a while.

"He's young, hungry and just the type of player we are looking for at this football club."
