Spurs confirm Stalteri exit

Tottenham have confirmed that Paul Stalteri has had his contract with the club cancelled by mutual consent.
The 31-year-old Canada international moved to White Hart Lane from Werder Bremen in the summer of 2005 and went on to make 56 appearances for the club, scoring three times.
However, he has not made a first-team appearance for Spurs since January and made 13 starts for Fulham during a loan spell at Craven Cottage in the second half of last season.
Meanwhile, Jamie O'Hara is concerned that the club is still only just above the relegation trap-door.
Sunday's 2-1 defeat at Newcastle United left Spurs two places and one point above the bottom three, and O'Hara said: "As a club we've achieved a fantastic run of results to get out of trouble but now we can't let it slip.
"We're still in there and we have to keep pushing on. The confidence is sky-high and I'm sure we can push up the table.
"The belief in the players has changed a lot. Everyone's believing now that we can get into that top six and it's a realistic achievement for this season."
