Tottenham Hotspur are set to sign Luis Garcia from Espanyol, according to reports in Spain.
Garcia, 27, was the top-scorer for the Barcelona-based club in La Liga last season and has reportedly agreed terms on a move to White Hart Lane.
The Spain international is a long-term target of Spurs' Spanish coach Juande Ramos and could cost the north London club around £5million.
Ramos has also been linked with fellow Espanyol team-mates Carlos Kameni, Daniel Jarque and Albert Riera this summer.
Meanwhile, former Arsenal and now Barcelona striker Thierry Henry has tipped new signing Giovani Dos Santos to make a big impact in the Premier League.
The Mexico teenager arrived at White Hart Lane in a £4.7million switch from Barcelona last month.
"Giovani has everything to be a success at Tottenham," claimed Henry. "He has speed and can change the course of a game with his genius.
"He can in two, three or four years be one of the best players in the world if he wants."
