Spurs Close On Sandro Deal?

Spurs are close to completing a deal to sign Sandro according to Internacional president Vitorio Piffero. Piffero is anticipating that the 21-year-old Brazilian midfielder will join Spurs in the the not-too-distant future. "I think that the transfer of Sandro to Tottenham will be arranged immediately, because we are very near to the end of the agreement. "I think we will put pen to paper before next weekend. "Personally, I think that nothing can change this because there has been a total agreement between all the parties involved in the negotiation."
