Renteria claims Spurs approach

On-loan Sporting Braga striker Wason Renteria claims he has been approached about joining Tottenham this summer. He told the futbolred website: "Some teams have been rumoured and some things are being said. I think the people who represent me have already been making some calls. I think Tottenham have approached. "Renteria, who has nine international caps for Colombia, insisted he is committed to Braga for the time being, but would find a move to the Premier League too good to turn down. "I don't know what will happen in the future," he said. "My mind is focused on finishing the campaign at Sporting Braga in good form and I'm very thankful to this club. "The English and Greek leagues are the important ones in Europe. The Premier League is a good championship and I hope I have the chance to play there. Playing in England would be good. It's something I dream of as a professional. "I hope the negotiations can be sorted out in order to speak about more concrete things."
