Ramos seeks Berba resolution

Tottenham Hotspur head coach Juande Ramos wants the uncertainty over striker Dimitar Berbatov's future at White Hart Lane sorted out as soon as possible.
The 27-year-old Bulgaria international looks certain to join Manchester United before the transfer window slams shut at the end of the month and was left out of the Spurs squad for the 2-1 home defeat by Sunderland.
Ramos said after the loss: "We need to get this matter resolved before the transfer deadline.
"If Berbatov goes we will need time to sign a replacement. We want to have the best centre-forward we can possibly get."
Ramos had confirmed soon after the final whistle: "He wasn't in the squad because he wasn't in the right condition to play.
"It's a situation that is very personal. There are players able to play under these circumstances and others whose head is not right. Berbatov is in the latter category.
"We'll have a meeting with the player and clarify a few points and see if there is a decision to be made.
"We'll meet primarily to know if he is in any state to play in the next match, or whether we have to find another solution."
