Tottenham Hotspur are reported to be in the hunt for unsettled Internazionale winger Ricardo Quaresma.
Quaresma, 25, has struggled to establish himself in Italy following his £15million arrival from FC Porto last summer.
Inter coach Jose Mourinho has left the Portugal winger out of his revised squad for the latter stages of the Champions League, which has led to suggestions that Quaresma is on his way out of the San Siro.
The former Sporting Lisbon and Barcelona wideman could now be in line for a loan switch to White Hart Lane until the end of the season with a view to a permanent summer transfer.
Speaking over the weekend, Mourinho admitted: "I am disappointed with him.
"He is a player that I wanted in Milan but, unfortunately, he has not been able to overcome the criticism directed at him.
"Without confidence in oneself it becomes more difficult."
