Palace boss Paul Hart tipped for youth role at Tottenham

Paul Hart is currently embroiled in a relegation battle with Crystal Palace but his name is still being strongly linked with a move to Tottenham at the end of the season, where he is expected to be offered a role in the development of their youth-team players.
