O'Hara targets Spurs impact

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Jamie O'Hara is hopeful of making more of an impact on the first team in the new season.
The England Under-21 international midfielder began the last campaign on loan in League One with Millwall, but ended up making 25 appearances for Spurs following Juande Ramos' arrival as head coach midway through the season.
The 21-year-old was subsequently named the club's young player of the season, but is hoping to gain even more first-team experience when the new season gets underway.
"I played over 20 games last season and that was a good start for me," he told the club's official website.
"Going into next season, I want to be involved even more than that.
"I want to get as many games as I can under my belt and really establish myself as a first-team player playing in the Premier League every week.
"If I can up my game, because I think we're going to be really strong next season, then it will hopefully be another great season for me.
"I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing and keep pushing on. If you stand still in football then you're going backwards, that's how I see it.
"You've got to keep pushing on and progressing as a player and hopefully I'll mature as a player and come back really strong next season."
