Let me go, Harry: Misfit Pavlyuchenko opens his heart in bid to seal Spurs exit

Roman Pavlyuchenko has opened his heart to Harry Redknapp in a bid to clinch a move back to Russia. Lokomotiv Moscow still have an offer on the table for the 28-year-old, who hopes the Tottenham Hotspur boss will let him leave after tonight's match at Wolverhampton. 'I told Redknapp - one to one, not through the press - that I need to play now, or my form will get worse and worse,' said Pavlyuchenko. Last time out: Pavlyuchenko hasn't featured fro Tottenham since he scored against Leeds in the FA Cup last month 'The transfer window has closed in Europe, but in Russia it is still open and I have the chance to go there. 'Everything depends on the position of the head coach and, hopefully, after our personal conversation, it will change in my favour. Let me go: Unhappy Roman Pavlyuchenko hopes to secure a return to Russia after tonight's clash with Wolves 'I've not had a final response, but I'm waiting for it after the match against Wolves.' Birmingham are keen to sign Pavlyuchenko in the summer after coming close to agreeing a fee on transfer deadline day earlier this month, but the former Spartak Moscow player has made it clear he is not keen on a switch to St Andrew's and would prefer to return home.  Harry Redknapp reckons Tottenham can leapfrog their arch rivals ArsenalCrouch long-ball tactics nothing but a tall story, blasts Spurs boss RedknappPICTURED: Spurs keeper Carlo Cudicini walks unaided after his horror motorbike smashTOTTENHAM HOTSPUR FC
