Tottenham Hotspur striker Robbie Keane is backing his side to clinch a top-four finish next season and gain a place in the Champions League.
Following the summer arrivals of Gareth Bale, Darren Bent and Younes Kaboul, Keane believes Spurs have a squad ready to go one better than their fifth-placed finishes of the last two years.
He said: "If you want to progress and get in the Champions League, which we are striving for, you need a good squad of players.
"Every season we are looking for progression, we finished fifth twice and we want to push on and break into the top four. With the squad of players we've got we're quite capable of doing it.
"The big squad we have will be helpful because you always pick up injuries through the season, with the players we have we've got two for every position.
"We know what we did wrong last season and we want to put it right and get off to a good start.
"We started gelling after Christmas last season, with a year behind us we can really progress and push on."
