Harry targets top four push

Tottenham Hotspur boss Harry Redknapp has urged his side to build on a superb start to the new season, after a 2-1 victory at West Ham made it three wins out of three.

Goals from Jermain Defoe and Aaron Lennon earned Spurs all three points at Upton Park, with Redknapp already eyeing a possible push for a top-four finish.

He commented: "It could be open this year. Manchester City will certainly be pushing to be a top-four team and there's no reason we can't push. We've got good players.

"There's no reason why we can't be up there having a go at it. We only lost one home game last season since I came here - to Everton - including all the cup games.

"We've won two away games already this year, so if our home form stands up, we'll be right up there.

"Nine points out of nine is a great start for us."
