Harry snaps up Blades duo

Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp has won the race to sign the Sheffield United duo Kyle Naughton and Kyle Walker.

It had appeared earlier in the month that Naughton was heading to Everton after the Blades gave David Moyes permission to open talks with the highly-rated defender.

The Toffees were believed to have had a £3.5million offer for the 20-year-old rejected in June, but agreed an undisclosed transfer fee for the full-back a fortnight ago.

However, Naughton and Walker have now agreed to move to White Hart Lane.

England Under-21 international Naughton made 50 appearances for his hometown club last season.

Teenager Walker made his first-team debut just eight months ago during a six-month loan spell with Northampton Town but featured in the Blades' run-in to the 2008-09 campaign.
