Delighted Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp was encouraged by his side's dominant display in the comfortable 4-0 UEFA Cup victory against Dinamo Zagreb.
Although Spurs had come back to draw 4-4 at Arsenal before beating Liverpool 2-1, Redknapp's side had been somewhat fortunate to take anything from their last two games, but were completely in control of their match against the Croatian side.
Darren Bent scored a hat-trick and Tom Huddlestone grabbed a fine goal as Spurs bounced back well after suffering defeat at Udinese in their first group game.
Redknapp said: "It was a good performance and important that we got a win under our belts in this competition.
"To play as we did and score the goals was encouraging. It's been a terrific ten days and let's hope we can keep it going.
"Darren's scoring goals, his finishing has been excellent. Pavlyuchenko has scored goals as well and got the winner against Liverpool. Fraizer Campbell also showed tremendous enthusiasm when he came on, so there's competition for places.
"Tom's got everything. He's such a fantastic passer of the ball with great feet and terrific ability. He's got to keep believing how good he can be. He's got it all there to be a top player.
"We've had a good little start but we have to get off the bottom of the table now, to keep this run going if we can. It's about confidence and I believe we've got the players here who can do it."
