Luis Figo has denied speculation linking him with a summer switch to Tottenham after claiming he has no interest in moving to the Premier League.
Figo, 34, has pulled out of a proposed move to Saudi Arabian side Al-Itthiad and is out of contract at Internazionale this summer.
But the veteran former Portugal international looks set to remain with the recently-crowned Serie A champions after rubbishing reports linking him with the north London club.
"If I continue playing in Europe, I will only do so for Inter," he told the club's official website.
"As for a possible transfer to Tottenham, I can say that there is no truth in this.
"I don't have much time to decide and I know I have to do it quickly because the new season is around the corner.
"I will let everybody know when everything has been decided, but like I just said, if I continue playing in Europe I will only do so for Inter.
"There's no possibility of me playing in England or Portugal."
