Dos Santos linked with Depor

Tottenham Hotspur's forgotten winger Dos Santos Giovani is being linked with a move to Deportivo La Coruna.

The Mexico international has dropped of of the first-team picture at White Hart Lane and was loaned out to Ipswich Town last season.

AS is now reporting that Deportivo see the 20-year-old as the perfect replacement for Angel Lafita.

Despite a controversial saga, it is expected that Lafita's transfer to Real Zaragoza will be confirmed by the Mediation, Arbitration and Conciliation Service (SMAC) in La Coruna on Tuesday.

Under the terms of the ruling, Depor will be given 30 days to find a replacement for Lafita as his transfer to Zaragoza was completed on the last day of the summer window.

Dos Santos has started six games for Spurs and made seven appearances from the substitute's bench since moving to north London from Barcelona in the summer of 2008.
