Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Radek Cerny hopes he has done enough to earn a new permanent contract at White Hart Lane.
The Czech Republic international has recently claimed the number one jersey at the resurgent north London club but is moving towards the end of his initial loan contract.
Cerny joined Spurs in 2005 on a long-term loan deal from Slavia Prague.
But having ousted Paul Robinson from the starting line-up at White Hart Lane in recent weeks, the 33-year-old has now set his sights on a extended stay with Spurs.
"My contract ends at the end of the season and there is no reason to think about it now," he said.
"We will see how it will turn out.
"Definitely. I would love to stay at Tottenham and now it just depends on them if they will come up with something."
