Boateng resigned to exit

Tottenham midfielder Kevin-Prince Boateng seems certain to be heading out of White Hart Lane next month and would prefer to return to Germany.

The 21-year-old has made only ten starts for Spurs, and none since February, following his £5.4million switch from Hertha Berlin in the summer of 2007.

Boateng admitted: "I have the quality but I certainly don't have a future in London.

"Tottenham signed Modric, Bentley and Pavlyuchenko and there is no place for me.

"Apparently I did not convince Juande Ramos, even though he was not fully fair to me.

"And as for Martin Jol, he never wanted me - he told me himself. Damien Comolli wanted me and pushed my transfer through."
