Blackpool v TOTTENHAM: Rafael van der Vaart ready for trip to the Seasiders

Dutch delight: Van der Vaart is set to start Rafael van der Vaart has trained all week and is set to give Tottenham a boost for Sunday's Barclays Premier League trip to Blackpool by returning from three weeks out with a hamstring injury. Wilson Palacios has recovered from an ankle injury and defender Younes Kaboul is also fit. Ledley King hopes to avoid an operation on his groin injury and has trained this week but is not fit enough to face the Seasiders. Long-term injury victim Jonathan Woodgate has also trained this week. William Gallas, meanwhile, could return in a week from his hamstring injury.
