Woody focusing on life at Spurs

Jonathan Woodgate is content to concentrate on Tottenham at the moment and is not anticipating an England recall from Fabio Capello. Woodgate has fallen behind Everton duo Phil Jagielka and Joleon Lescott in the international pecking order and has not been capped this season, despite being consistent and free of injury. When asked if he was hopeful of a recall, the 29-year-old said: "I'm not, really. It's just about the way I'm playing for Spurs. That's enough for me. "I just want to win things. We know we have a good squad here. We are one point off seventh place and I fancy our chances of finishing there. We can do it." Spurs will face the ultimate test of their improving form on Saturday when they visit Old Trafford to take on Manchester United, but Woodgate insists they should aim high. "We haven't been beaten by any of the top sides in the league this season and we have beaten Liverpool and Chelsea," he said. "Our record against the top four is impeccable but United will put out a strong side and it will be very tough."
