[LNB]Harry Redknapp has been boosted by a positive injury update on Vedran Corluka after a second scan revealed the defender could be fit to play in the second leg against AC Milan at White Hart Lane next month.[LNB]Tottenham feared Corluka was facing a long spell out after his ankle was injured by a two-footed challenge by Mathieu Flamini during Tuesday 1-0 win in Milan.[LNB]Flamini incensed the Spurs players with his reaction after the challenge because as Corluka was writhing in agony, he was whipping up the crowd by throwing both arms in the air. [LNB] Hope: Corluka could return to play in the second leg at White Hart Lane[LNB]Together with the confrontation between  first-team coach Joe Jordan and Gennaro Gattuso, the ill feeling will make for an explosive second leg on March 9 as Spurs bid to progress to the last eight.[LNB]Redknapp will be encouraged by news that the ligament damage to Corluka's ankle was not as bad as first feared. The right back, who will return to light training next week, said: 'My ankle is swollen, but the doctors are saying that things are not as bad as it seems. Luckily nothing is broken.'[LNB]Jonathan Woodgate, who replaced Corluka and suffered an adductor muscle injury on his comeback after 15 months on the sidelines, could also be back to  face Milan.[LNB] AC Milan chief Galliani calls for calm amid storm over Gattuso headbutt incidentTottenham set to pip rivals Arsenal in race to land ?15m-rated WickhamMilan nutter Gattuso charged as Redknapp reveals he tried to sign bad boy last summerAll the latest Tottenham news, features and opinion [LNB] [LNB]  Explore more:People: Harry Redknapp, Jonathan Woodgate Places: Milan
