It's the day Tottenham Hotspur fans have been waiting for all summer as Harry Redknapp's men prepare to discover their Champions League play-off fate.[LNB]CHAMPIONS LEAGUE DRAWYoung Boys v SpursBraga v SevillaWerder Bremen v SampdoriaZenit v AuxerreDynamo Kiev v Ajax[LNB]After securing fourth spot last season, Spurs are just two games away from the lucrative group stage for the first time in their history.[LNB]The north London club are seeded for the draw and will avoid the likes of Sevilla, Werder Bremen, Zenit St Petersburg and Ajax.[LNB]However danger could await them in the form of Dynamo Kiev, with former Chelsea flop Andriy Shevchenko leading the Ukrainian's charge.[LNB]Celtic's conquerers Braga are also possible opponents, with Sampdoria, Auxerre and Young Boys Berne completing the unseeded pot.[LNB]Sportsmail will bring you all the latest from the Champions League play-off draw as it happens from Nyon.[LNB] 11.37: Just looking at the draw again, I don't think I could have picked an overall better draw. Spurs are left with the best chance possible to reach the group stages, while if you have no interest in Spurs' exploits you have some tasty ties to get your teeth in to as well.[LNB]That's all from me then, but click here to follow Sportsmail's coverage of the Europa League draw.[LNB]11.31: Full details of the ties and their dates as follows:[LNB]Salzburg v Hapoel Tel-AvivRosenborg v  CopenhagenBasel v SheriffSparta Prague v ZilinaFK Partizan v Anderlecht[LNB][LNB]Young Boys v SpursBraga v SevillaWerder Bremen v SampdoriaZenit v AuxerreDynamo Kiev v Ajax[LNB]First leg ties will be played on 17th/18th of August with the returns legs a week later on the 24th/25th.[LNB]11.27: That's not all though folks, the Europa League draw follows shortly and we will be covering that as well where British sides Liverpool, Manchester City, Aston Villa, Celtic, Dundee United and TNS all feature, details shortly...[LNB]11.24: One thing worth noting is that Spurs have the home leg second, meaning if it does go 'pear shaped' in Switzerland, they have the chance to make amends at White Hart Lane.[LNB]I actually don't think Harry Redknapp could have asked for a better draw, it's like Englands World Cup draw all over again...but then we all know how that went.[LNB]11.21: Now the first side of the draw which I promised but never quite got to you, better late than never![LNB]Salzburg v Hapoel Tel-AvivRosenborg v  CopenhagenBasel v SheriffSparta Prague v ZilinaFK Partizan v Anderlecht[LNB]11.18:...and some great ties there as well, Werder Bremen against Sampdoria and Dynamo Kiev v Ajax promise to be absolute crackers.[LNB]11.15: UEFA have taken me by surprise there and done both draws in quick time, what a draw for Spurs![LNB]11.06: We are under way full line up for this part of the draw shortly...[LNB]11.04: The UEFA men are out and after a few explanations expalining the dates of the upcoming ties, we will have the draw for the 'Champions Route'.[LNB]10.59: As usual with these UEFA draws, it could drag on a tiny bit with montages etc and I'm guessing we will have the 'Champions Route' draw first before the 'League Route', see below to get what that jargon actually means.[LNB]10.49: Time to dust over on how the draw will work: Ballscontaining the clubs that have been seeded will be placed in one bowl, with balls of theunseeded clubs placed in another. A ball will be taken from each bowland placed in a large empty bowl in the middle, where they will beshuffled. The first team drawn will play its first match at home, against the second team drawn.[LNB]10.39: Just before you get confused when teams start getting drawn out that are not on the above list, Spurs are on the 'League Route' (non-champions, if you like) side of the draw and that is the side we will be focusing on, and the one highlighted in that little green box above.[LNB]There is also a 'Champions Route' that is being held seperate to this one involving teams from lesser footballing nations that despite winning their leagues still have to go through their own play-off to reach the group stage.[LNB]10.34: Good morning, welcome to Sportsmail's live coverage of the Champions League draw, I'm sure you have come to the conclusion that as tricky as an away tie in Kiev looks and with a potential humdinger against Sampdoria also on the cards, Spurs are on the much safer side of the draw![LNB][LNB] Euro stars: Tottenham are competing in the Champions League for the first time in their history[LNB] Sign up to our FREE Fantasy Football game - with £40,000 in prize money up for grabsSpurs will be top Guns in Europe, says Defoe as striker vows to eclipse ArsenalShevchenko lying in wait for Tottenham in Champions League play-off drawLedley King returns for Spurs after injury and tells the fans: I feel goodLIVE Europa League Draw: Man City, Liverpool, Villa and Celtic await play-off testTOTTENHAM HOTSPUR FC
