1951 LEAGUE TITLE The first of Tottenham's two championships came the year after Arthur Rowe's team had gained promotion. The team contained Alf Ramsey, Ron Burgess and Bill Nicholson.[LNB] 1961 DOUBLE100,000 people were crammed into Wembley to see if Tottenham could become the first team to win the modern era Double.
