Tottenham remain interested in signing Juventus striker Vincenzo Iaquinta according to the Italian World Cup winner's agent.

Spurs boss Harry Redknapp is said to be in the market for a forward after failing to add to his squad in that position in the summer, reports The Sun.

Iaquinta's agent Andrea D'Amico has confrimed Redknapp's interest in the 30-year-old who would not be cup-tied if Tottenham reach the latter stages of the Champions League.

Top target: Tottenham have been tracking Juventus' main man Vincenzo Iaquinta

D'Amico told The Sun: 'Vincenzo is being tracked by several clubs including Tottenham who have been interested in the player for a long time.'

Iaquinta's arrival at White Hart Lane would cast further doubt over the futures of Robbie Keane and Roman Pavlyuchencko.
