It is said that Pletikosa and his agent have travelled to England to give Spurs updates on his condition.
Earlier this month, he said: 'I have indications that Redknapp hasn't given up on signing me, which gives me something to look forward to. You don't know how much it gives me extra motivation to recover as soon as possible.'
