Tottenham ready to increase their bid for Toulouse midfield star Sissoko

Tottenham are ready to offer more money to Toulouse for their midfielder Moussa Sissoko. The French club turned down a £12million bid from Spurs boss Harry Redknapp, and demanded around £25m. And the north London giants are now prepared to up their bid to £15.5m, according to reports. Toulouse appear to be growing in confidence of keeping together the sidethat finished fourth in the French League last season, thus qualifyingfor the Europa League. Redknapp is known to be keen to bolster his midfield for the new Premier League season, particularly after Patrick Vieira said he would be staying with Inter Milan. Sissoko has said: 'I would like to play one day in England. But I am in no hurry to leave.' Spurs begin their league campaign against one of the title favourites Liverpool at White Hart Lane on Sunday.
