Tottenham Hotspur v Chelsea Live

Tottenham's tough run-in continues as they host Premier League leaders Chelsea this weekend. Spurs' midweek victory against bitter rivals Arsenal, their first win against the Gunners since 1999, will only serve to galvanize them in their quest for fourth spot. Carlo Ancelotti's men battled to a 1-0 win over Bolton on Tuesday, taking them four points clear of title rivals Manchester United. Clearly both sides have a lot to play for and a hotly contested London derby, Spurs' second in a week, is surely to be expected. Chelsea have won their last four games scoring 15 goals in the process. Their recent record at White Hart Lane, however, is less impressive with the Blues having not tasted victory away at Tottenham in their last three attempts, losing twice. The Spurs faithful will take heart in those figures although they will be well aware of the threat posed by striker Didier Drogba. The Ivorian has scored six goals in his last five games for Chelsea, plus he provided the assist for Nicolas Anelka against Bolton on Tuesday night. Taking a combination of goals and assists this season, Drogba is on 33, more than any other player in the Premier League. Harry Redknapp's men still in the hunt for the final Champions League spot having won six of their last seven matches, a 3-1 loss against Sunderland the only blip on an impressive run of form. After dispatching Arsene Wenger's side on Wednesday, all at Spurs will be hoping not to be brought back down to earth by Chelsea, who have scored in all of their last 15 games. Chelsea's injury victims include first-teamers Michael Essien, Ashley Cole and Ricardo Carvalho, all of whom will miss this match. Harry Redknapp looks set to be without Jermaine Jenas and Jonathan Woodgate as he makes plans to deal with the Chelsea threat. Goalkeeper Petr Cech has outlined how tight the title race still is, noting: "At the weekend there is the Manchester derby and we play a London derby at Tottenham. It can be a decisive week." Chelsea captain John Terry seems full of confidence and has talked up his side's chances of becoming only the seventh club to win a League and FA Cup double. "There's a real togetherness. We have a chance to make history and are determined to achieve it," said the Blues' skipper.
