Tottenham forced to wait for injury verdict on Michael Dawson

Spurs face Manchester United on Saturday night and while Dawson is almost certainly out of that game he could also be ruled out for the rest of the season. [LNB]However, while Spurs had planned to send Dawson for a scan on Monday, to find out if he has damaged ligaments or suffered a fracture, they are waiting for the swelling around the injury to go down before they can make a judgement. King was unable to face Newcastle last weekend. [LNB]'His knee felt very sore,' said Redknapp. 'He got a bang from Boa Morte last week (in the West Ham game) which did a bit of damage to it. I've lost Michael now, but we have five games left, we go to Old Trafford and see how we go.' [LNB]Redknapp will hope at least one can face Manchester United after praising his defence for the club's impressive recent record. [LNB]Spurs have kept five successive clean sheets at home, their best sequence since 1987 and fourth equal in the club's history.
