Former Brazil coach Carlos Alberto Parreira has revealed Fluminense's interest in Tottenham Hotspur flop Gilberto.The 33-year-old left back, who can also play in midfield, has struggled to make an impact at White Hart Lane since his £1.9m move in January 2008 and is ready to return to his homeland.
And Parreira has admitted he is considering a move for the former Brazil international.'Gilberto is a name that we have already discussed at the club,' Parreira told O Globo. 'I know the player and he is good left-sided player who I called up for the 2006 World Cup.
'It's something we will have to think about because we have to consider the financial aspect, but he is a player who could help us.'
