Tottenham survived a spirited Fulham fightback to secure another three points and stretch their unbeaten Premier League run to eight games.[LNB]Gareth Bale's deflected drive gave the Champions League chasing outfit the perfect start, before Aaron Lennon's mazy run and smart finish gave Spurs daylight at the break. [LNB]Spurs, though, held on to give their stricken manager the best possible 'get well soon' gift, and Jermain Defoe completed the scoring in stoppage time.[LNB]More to follow....[LNB] Hot Spurs: Tottenham extended their unbeaten run to eight Premier League games[LNB] [LNB]MATCH FACTSFULHAM: Schwarzer, Grygera (Kelly 46), Baird, Hangeland, Riise, Duff (Ruiz 71), Murphy (Etuhu 76), Sidwell, Dempsey, Dembele, Zamora.
