10) DANNY ROSE VS Arsenal (Tottenham Hotspur 2-1 Arsenal, April 14 2010)
At the tender age of only 19 and just 10 minutes in to his Premier League debut, Danny rose produced one of the greatest goals ever scored in a north London derby.
An in swinging corner from Gareth Bale was punched away, but Manuel Almunia punched straight into the path of the Tottenham winger who unleashed an unstoppable volley from all of 30 yards. With Almunia still out of position the ball flew directly in to the middle of the goal with the Arsenal stopper only able to watch.
Not a bad way to introduce one’s self! Rose was incidentally withdrawn at half time as he struggled with defensive duties.
