Tom Huddlestone will be ruled out for up to three months after opting to have an operation on a nagging ankle problem. [LNB]The Tottenham midfielder has had the injury for some time, and it worsened after last week's draw against Sunderland at White Hart Lane. [LNB]He sat out Saturday's win over Blackburn and asked to be left out of the England squad for tomorrow's game with France.
