Taiwo coy over Spurs link
Marseille defender Taye Taiwo has hinted to skysports.com that he would be interested in signing for Tottenham Hotspur.[LNB] Taiwo has made no secret of his ambition to one day leave Ligue 1 for the Premier League, and recent reports suggest Spurs are interested in securing his signature.[LNB]It is speculated that Tottenham boss Harry Redknapp is keen to sign a left-back in the summer, although the club have yet to comment on reports linking them with Taiwo.[LNB]Nigeria international Taiwo has again reiterated his desire to play in England's top flight, and remained coy over rumours of interest from Spurs.[LNB]The 23-year-old told skysports.com: "I have made my desire to play in the Premier League clear.[LNB]"Tottenham are a big club, but I am at Marseille. I want to play in the Premier League, but I have a contract. But if the clubs agree..."[LNB]
